This is a quick and easy side for any dinner on the fly!
Ingredients:
1lb Red or Rainbow Chard
Ground Black Pepper
1 clove Garlic, minced
Salt
Olive Oil
Preparation:
Wash your Chard until the water runs clear. Cut the stems off your leaves (you can saute the stems if you like). Chop your Chard leaves just as you would spinach. Mince your garlic clove.
Heat a skillet or sauce pan to medium heat. Add your olive oil and your minced garlic. Cook for 30 seconds, then add your Chard. Cook over medium heat until Chard is visibly soft!
